Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery is completed within 3–7 calendar days after dispatch.
Calendar days include weekends and public holidays.
Shipping charges
Check the shipping total at checkout before placing your order. Any free-shipping offer applies only when it is displayed for your order; availability may depend on the destination, items or promotion.
Tracking

Delivery address
Please check your address and contact information carefully. Email support@saltlumestone.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Customs and import charges
International orders may incur import duties or taxes. Charges collected at checkout are shown in your order total; additional charges assessed by the destination authorities are the recipient's responsibility where permitted by law.
Delayed or missing orders
Contact support@saltlumestone.com with your order number if tracking shows a problem or your parcel is overdue. If it has not arrived 60 days after dispatch, contact us to arrange a replacement or refund under this shipping policy.
